About me

I'm a scientific software developer in the Hodcroft lab at Swiss TPH. Here, I work primarily on Loculus and Pathoplexus, which are open-source projects to enable the sharing of human viral pathogen data.

Outside of work I play guitar — composing demos no-one will ever hear, enjoy video games, and read fantasy. Most recently, I finished Robin Hobb's excellent Liveship Traders trilogy.
